Jennifer Thomas, MS, CCC-SLP, TSHH

I'm Jen and I am a pediatric speech language pathologist. I hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and am New York State licensed with a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) certification. I received my Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Sargent College, Boston University and my Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including in the NYC public schools, at a multi-disciplinary pediatric therapeutic center, as a clinical instructor in the Teachers College, Columbia University graduate program and in private practice. I am committed to helping children and their families learn how to work together to build upon their strengths as a means to meet their goals. I believe in a child centered approach that is individualized and collaborative. My work focuses on speech, language and feeding disorders across childhood, from birth through the school-age years.
